I noticed my details are incorrect on my order summary, can I change them at this time?
If you have made an error in your order details, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you!

How can I track my order?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email which may contain your order’s tracking information. Track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email.

If that doesn’t work: Email our support team and quote your order number. We’ll help you with the rest.
Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

Can I cancel or change my order once it has been placed?

Contact info@tuya-group.com within 24 hrs of placing your order. That way we should be able to catch any transaction settlement and shipping before it goes through. Anything after this window will be treated as a regular refund.

I just placed my order, when will it ship?
Please allow 2 business days for processing.
Once shipped, orders are generally received within 2-3 business days.*
We do not accept orders on Fridays, Saturdays or holidays.

*Regions outside Cairo may experience higher transit times.
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. TUYA cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated timeframe, simply email us at infor @tuya-group.com with your order details.

In some cases we may not have been able to fulfill your full order due to lack of stock available. In these instances you will receive an email from us letting you know as well as a full refund for that product if paid with credit card.

Can I add items to my order after I have hit the place order/confirmation button?

If you want to add an item to your order please email our team within 24hrs of your purchase and we’ll do what we can to adjust things.
